Since the beginning of our collaboration, I knew I was off to a great start with Brent as my Coach. I was extremely impressed with how intuitive and organized Brent was in his approach when coaching me. I was also impressed with how much he pays attention to details. After my coaching sessions are over I reflect on Brent’s process and techniques he uses to get me to expand on issues we are discussing. I realize because of that, I find myself coming up with and identifying ideas I otherwise would not have found!
Brent has a strong foundation in coaching and years of experience so that he makes it look effortless to coach. When I tried it myself through a class exercise, I was even more impressed and felt so fortunate for the time I got to spend with him. He knows his stuff!
